As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our sales team, driving the adoption of our SaaS solution among mid to large enterprises. Your role is pivotal in not only closing deals but in laying the foundation for long-term client partnerships.
🔍 What we're looking for
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Client Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure, focusing on high-value, enterprise-level accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Present and sell our software solutions by understanding client needs, crafting tailored proposals, and demonstrating product value.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
  • Strategic Negotiations: Negotiate contracts to maximize both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to inform company strategy and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales Development Representatives to qualify leads, and coordinate with Customer Success for seamless transitions post-sale.
  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in B2B sales, with a successful track record of selling SaaS solutions to enterprises.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close complex sales deals, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in an accessible manner.
  • Strategic Thinker: Capability to develop and execute account strategies that align with company goals.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and comfortable discussing technical aspects of software solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
