🔍 What we're looking for
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients within targeted industries, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar models to ensure handoff to Account Executives are of high quality.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM, ensuring all interactions are logged and follow-ups are scheduled.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to develop targeted lists, campaigns, and messaging tailored to enterprise needs.
  • Education and Advocacy: Educate prospects on our product’s unique value proposition and how it addresses their specific pain points.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales development or similar role with a focus on B2B, preferably in the SaaS sector.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage and excite potential clients.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tech tools.
  • Driven: Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting but also independently when required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory if experience is substantial.
